FAQ
Usage
Why is the bike free to use every time for only 20 minutes?
We encourage people to use the bike, not to keep the bike. By returning to the station after use, we can serve more people with the share bicycles.
What happen if I use the bike for more than 20 minutes?
There will be a charge for over time use. First extra 20 minutes cost 1 dollars, subsequently each extra 20 minutes cost 2 dollars. We will deduct the overtime cost when returning the security deposit to you.
You will not be able to use the share bike if all security deposit used up before the end of your subscription period.
Future
What is the future plan of ISUDA after the pilot?
If things go well with the pilot, we plan to expand ISUDA bike-share and to have more bikes and stations in the area, including one-north/ Bouna Vista/ Ayer Rajah/ Kent Ridge and Science Park II.”

I have a question: are helmets provided at the stations? Also, are the heights adjustable (for taller or shorter people?)
Hi Jacq,
Heltmet is not provided. It is not compusory in Singapore to ride a bicycle.
Yes the seat height is adjustable.
I just cant understand how this is any use. I arrive at mrt station, ride home, then what? I have to bring it back again within 20 minutes? But the reason I used the bike is so that I can get home. If I bring the bike back, how do I get home again?
Hi Gavin, thanks for your comment. You should be able to return the bike to a station near to your home. You don’t have to return it to the same station within 20 minutes.
